Is it too late to wish you a Happy New Year? I think not, because January 21 brings the first New Moon of the year, which to me, is the 'real' start of the year because New Moons are the start of a new Moon cycle and a time for reflecting and setting intentions.
So, this New Moon (the Lunar New Year in Asia) is a much better time to make any new year resolutions, or review the ones you made on January 1. Especially so, because on the first of the year both Mercury and Mars were Retrograde and by the time of this New Moon, Mars is Direct and Mercury is stationing Direct. Both are still moving slowly, but at least making forward progress and so can you.

FYI, in Chinese Astrology, on January 22, we move into the sign of Rabbit, which stands for longevity, peace, and prosperity. And for this year, hope. It's predicted to be lucky for those born under the sign of the Ox, Tiger and Snake in particular.
